1. Title of Dataset: Rheological_data
Data were collected in the Warsaw Univesity of Technology, Faculty of Chemistry

2. Folder List: 

The folder Rheological_data contains AS48 XG0.8.csv

Data on rheological characteristics of xanthan gum (0.8 g/L) dispersed in artificial seawater with salt content of 48 g/L. 
Aritifial seawater was prepared according to: ASTM, 2003. Standard practice for the preparation of Substitute Ocean water. ASTM D, 1141-98,
with salinity adjustment.

3. Methodological information:
MCR 301 rheometer with coaxial cylinders measuring geometry (CC17-SN12952, 0.714 mm gap) featuring a built-in Peltier device for temperature control at 21 °C. Flow curves were measured in the controlled shear rate (CSR) mode.
