DEM_Tissue

Simulations of tensional processes which in geophysical context appear in rock mechanics laboratory experiments, mining seismology, and sometimes in inter-plate earthquakes have been performed using the Discrete Element Method. This dataset provides outputs of the simulations and software (Python and GMT scripts) used for simulation data analysis. The dataset includes raw data providing microscopic inside into state of the numerical sample subjected to stretching, data describing macroscopic parameters, like internal energy, elastic energy, etc. and some parametric (macroscopic) data related to breaking process.
